ATC — Athletic Training Centre

Training for life.

A movement space that brings Pilates, fitness, yoga and other movement disciplines together with a scientific approach, technology and skilled trainers.

Life needs movement.

Performance is part of life.

Pilates · Fitness · Yoga

Different disciplines, one movement culture.

Performance is part of life.

Performance isn’t only needed when you compete. Climbing stairs, playing with your child, working, travelling: in everyday life too, you need to feel strong, mobile and well.

Climbing the stairs with ease

Sometimes performance is as everyday as this.

Keeping your freedom of movement as the years go by

Movement starts here and carries on into life.

Still feeling energetic at the end of a long day

One hour of training. Movement all day.

Being strong when you play with your child

Strong in life, not just in training.

Being athletic doesn’t belong only to athletes.

Performance is not just running faster, jumping higher or lifting more in a competition. Sometimes it is climbing the stairs with ease, sometimes still feeling energetic at the end of a long day, and sometimes keeping your freedom of movement as the years go by.

We call this performance for life.

Common questions

A few of the questions people ask most before joining.

I’ve never exercised before. Can I start at ATC?

Of course. We offer training options for different levels, from beginners to experienced participants. What matters is not where you start from, but starting from the point that suits you.

I don’t know which discipline is right for me.

You don’t have to. We can look at your goals, experience and needs and decide on the right discipline and training format together.

Do you offer one-to-one and group classes?

Yes. Depending on the discipline, there are one-to-one and group options. You can choose the format that suits your goals and preferences.

Is my progress tracked?

Yes. A trackable training experience is one of the key parts of ATC’s approach. With our technology and our trainers’ assessments, we aim to make your progress as measurable as possible.
